• Moderate: For 1 person your income may not exceed $59,100.00 for the current and previous year. For 2 people the combined income may not exceed $67,500.00 for the current and previous year and for 3 people the combined income may not exceed $75,900.00 for the current and previous year.

• Also required for proof of income:

                • Income tax return copy from previous year
                • Last three pay stubs
                • Last three bank statements
